OK people. I had my dental surgery two days ago and now I am dog tired....recooperating is tiring. My diet these next two weeks are liquids and mushy foods that my tummy can handle. My face is swollen and the thought of food makes me want to not eat any but I know better...I do eat even though I am not hungry just so that my body gets it's nutrients. I need to check my weight in a week so maybe the surgery helped me in terms of not being about to eat much..lol....I am going to check with my worker about joining the YMCA to help me lose the weight and for the kids (to have some fun too!)
