I am a single 29 year old mother of two wonderful girls. I live in MN and attend online college full time. I am a double major and sit at my computer for hours a day. I need to break free and get some time for exercising. I have tried diets in the past, but have failed due to boredom and lack of variety in food selection. Right now I am at a plateau and need an extra bump to get my metabolism burning more.
