MORNING WORKOUT:
1. Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred"...paused twice to keep from getting dizzy and so I could do all of the reps and sets. No longer than a minute for both.
2. Bicep Curls

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Choco-Peanut-Butter Visalus Shake
Lunch: Husband's leftover Chinese food.
Dinner: 4 Cheese Wontons, 2 spring rolls, and 2 fish sticks
Snack: Snickers Ice Cream Bar (1) and a sip of leftover Mucho Mocha Almond Wowwie Chino

EVENING WORKOUT:
1. Treadmill (Burned 410 calories & 128 fat cals) for 43 minutes.
2. 5 Minute Arms (video)
