Congrat girlie! You have worked hard for it! Shopping, shopping, shopping!!! When are we going??
You're going to be my weight in no time, maybe it will kick my arssss in gear!
Oh and ps, my mom goes to one and just started about a year ago for leg problems. Kinda weird since a sister's friend from HS but locals raved and she does now too. I think it's all about who more than what.

Congrats! That's awesome! Chiropracticer is good, they relieve a lot of tightness in your back etc. No, they're not like a regular dr and no you don't get naked!!! Usually, you are there for 15 minutes and you can go back when you need more adjustments. Have fun shopping!

Congrats on the new low! Definately see a Chiropractor! Had the same issue when I carried my kiddies around, always carried them on the same side and would knock my hip out of alignment, a quick adjustment and I was good as new again.

Yay congrats. I say to at least try the chiropractor! $35 is not bad... and it could work wonders. My current problem is just soreness that isn't really bad and the chiro doesnt do much so its not worth it, but for most problems they really do help! Go a few times and see if it helps!

Way to go girl..Happy Dancing for you..You could go to the Chiropractor...the price is right and NO you don't have to get naked or shave your legs..But to make you feel better you might want to..LOL...You will feel much better afterward...So proud of you...:O)

Great job on the weight loss. Once you see the 140's don't look back. The chiro is a great idea. Even though we come equipped with hips, if the babe is big at all you can get out of alignment. Mine was always the left shoulder and he'd get it back. Try to get some soaks in (I know it is hard) but if your muscles are really tight his adjustment could come right back out again. Ask for some stretches you can do to help.
