GAH!!! I found the first bad thing about a calorie burn monitor. When you wear one 24/7 you have a good idea of what your body burns. I burn on average 2000 during the week because I sit so much at work. I consume around 1500. This equals really slow weightloss if you consider 3500 calories is a pound.

Last night I ate around 1700 calories because I didn't get in the house till late, little man was a grump, there was a pizza in the freezer, and viola! Crap food for dinner. So today I step on the scale and... I'm up a freakin pound. Now math says no you're not. It's because you ate late, you ate carbs that make you retain water, you had sushi for lunch too and you're not really up. But the scale says Helllllllloooo jiggly bits! Then my brain says.. which was repeated quite loudly by my mouth because it was a crap morning. CRAP!!!! Followed by words I'm not allowed to say in front of the amish. Luckily.. there were no amish in my bathroom at 5:00 this morning.

So now I have to somehow not let the numbers on the scale derail me. Stupid numbers. My pants are giant on me again. Probably because they were already a size too big. Tomorrow I'm going to the consignment shop to get some new pants. Hopefully new pants in a size that fit will remind me to stay away from the donuts! I can do this. I will do this. I have to do this... Hubby noticed all the fitness video's popping up around the house and now he's trying to figure out if they are working. I had a dream last night he was in the living room doing extreme yoga while I was at work. Now.. if you knew what hubby looked like or how macho he acted.. you'd be laughing you butt off right now too.

The scale is evil, but it is so hard not to let that number discourage you, but you can! Like you said you ate late, had carbs, its just water. Drink a lot of water today and that pound will come right back off!

It's just the JITS (Junk in the system). Lots of water and eating light today along with a good poo tomorrow a.m. and you'll kiss that pound goodbye! My hubs would just have too much fun in yoga pants. He'd be dancing around in a goofy kind of way! LOL

I could have written that all myself. Every time I have a good week and get that below 130 number back something from life bitch-slaps me and I fall off hard (ie the last 24 hours lol). It is temporary and you know it. The difference between you and I right now is you are working out. That plus 2 days clean eating and poof it was always gone and will be for you. Without the gym for me it's not happening. AAAANNNNDDDD**** ATTN FS BUDDIES*** I was the naughty one that went and had sushi for lunch with this woman(and thank god for it because it wasn't a fun lunch and if I hadn't been with her when I got a call from my son's school I'd have fallen apart). BUT let me tell you she had clothes on that were FALLING OFF HER! Seriously! She's come so flipping far from the first time we met in person which was what? Spetember? SHE ROCKS!

I know I do but so do you! lol Heck If I had gotten the calls you got I would have been a basketcase. We should go shopping soon. Something about trying on clothes always makes me shudder and get back in line. :P

I want you to try on clothes!! I think you'll be schocked as hell! I'd go to the consignment with you tomorrow but would have the diva in tow... yeah not a good idea lol We need to get a nice day and go to Waterloo!

Sounds like a good idea. So does the market idea you had the other day. I've never been there and keep hearing thing about it. I need to get out more. I never go anywhere.

Well when the weather gets better it's easier to take the kids if we need to... to the market NOT to Waterloo. Or we will just leave them all with Jon!
