It is so hard to type in a gain on weigh in day!! I should have known with all of the picnics and so forth. I feel that it was a good week though. I think it could have been allot worse. I was hoping to get into 140s, but not this week. Thanks for all your support, I don't know where I'd be without it. You guys are the best!!

I have to take Dad to the Drs. today and I plan on getting the treadmill out of the way prior to that.

I will probably have grass mowing on my agenda today also. Still have to get the camper packed the rest of the way. I did make some progress on that last evening.

I hope you all have a great day!!

With holiday weekends packed full of eating, a small gain is not unexpected. Drink plenty of water and eat well today and I'm sure you'll see it go away in no time. :) Keep on kickin' it up, you're doing fabulous!!

Only a one pound gain through all of the picnics and holiday foods is an accomplishment in and of itself! Your healthy habits pay off best during the lax times because you keep things reined in and make better choices than you would have in the past. So be proud of your ability to have ONLY a one pound gain. It shows how far you've come!

I agree with all of the above-- 1 pound is not bad! Keep up the good work!

Sounds like you are looking forward to your camping trip, enjoy it and the one lb gain will be gone with all the setting up and walking the nature trails... enjoy.. and don't worry about the scales.. I'm glad I didn't have a scale during our vacation trip as some days I woke up with swollen hands and bloated and those days would have upset me... Enjoy the kids and keep busy with them... make sure you bring some healthy snacks and I'm sure all will go well.. when you get back... I'll have you a treadmill challenge.... haha....Happy Camping.

I agree with everyone above! Look at it as an accomplishment! BBQs, picnics and everything else over holidays offer so many things that are high in points. If you just let yourself go and had fun over the holiday...one pound is very very admirable! Keep up the hard work. Maybe take some fat free hot dogs with you on your camping trip...those are pretty good and if you find the right kind, they are only one point instead of five! Not quite as tasty as the real thing, but you could have two or more for the amount of points you could have one regular one! Have fun camping! Go on lots of hikes and stay hydrated...that pound will be off before you know it!
