oeps weight up with all the nice treats /visitors in home
and I did not get round to take the oil /sugar mixture so UP my weight it went!
Anyway I KNOW the oil /suagr works for me so just got to fit it in the day... I'll be back with noting a weigh in when my pounds are dropping again.. I like my graph without the "UPS"..
