Two workouts today. yay! On the down side, did not eat healthy. Boo! I'm going to be really mad at my weigh-in tomorrow because of it. :( My weight didn't change this morning either. Still 135.

MORNING WORKOUT:
1. Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred".....(had to pause a couple of times to catch my breath, but because of it, I was able to complete all the reps and all the sets in every exercise. I know that it completely defeats the purpose of the "high intensity burn" part.....but I really wanted to complete everything this time!)
2. 5 Minute Arms (video)....did not do the last two exercises.

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Peanut-Butter-Chocolate Visalus Shake
Lunch:
Dinner: Chicken Spaghetti and Garlic Bread (2).....(I'm so mad at myself for this!)
Snack: 3 (three!!!!) Blueberry Cake Donuts!......(And I'm SUPER pissed at myself for eating these too!)

EVENING WORKOUT:
1. Treadmill (Burned 417 calories & 130 fat cals) for 44 minutes. Yay! Treadmill didn't shut off on me, so I was thrilled to be able to do my 43 minutes (plus one extra). I still don't think it'll counter the food I ate.....but I tried.
