Day 3

Sore from Yoga & pilates this morning. I'm doing pilates again tonight... ouch.

Had powerhouse bagel, and coffee w/splenda. Splenda's ok in coffee. Who knew?

I'm not enjoying splenda so much but it's better than stevia. I wish I could take my coffee black but it's nasty! Pilates always hurts me too...

Yeah, I'm starting slow with alternating yoga with pilates. It's only 25 mins a day, but it seems to be affecting musles I forgot I had!

I had to start with 15 minutes of low impact aerobics. I could almost feel parts of my body waking up. Great job so far!
