56.9 on the scale both yesterday and today.
Today is fast day and I'm really feeling into the flow of this two day a week super low calorie eating pattern. I can even say that I look forward to the feeling of emptiness that a fast day brings.
Also looking forward to a nice low weekly weigh-in tomorrow - here's hoping.
