After a weekend off Nutrisystem ... Tim and I had a date night, complete with Cuban food and flan - but we split everything. Even had some wine ... the next night we went to Alamo Draft House to see Inception - but again we split things, and I resisted the urge to see if he wanted to split their (amazing) chocolate cake.
It paid off - I didn't gain over the weekend - now its time to get back on track and not let myself get overconfident as I have in the past!
