I recorded apsolutely ever bite of food I ate today. Even just the bite of potato and steak I had. I did go over my RDI, but it was good to see how all that little snacking adds up. I have a craving for something sweet so bad right now! I did have 4 cookies, and stopped at that. Also I'm about to head to the gym, so hopefully my craving will go away.
