Yes!!! this is what I really wanted, to be in 140s. I feel like I can breathe! I still have work to do, lots of muscle to gain to fill in but now it feels like that is the "last box to check".
149.4 lb Lost so far: 111.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
