I did very good yesterday considering all things. I had 841 calories. Seems like too little but 1500 calories I gained weight on. When I hover around 1,000, I will lose weight. Got about 5 hours sleep and looking for some more right now but I am SO HUNGRY. I mean HUNGRY. I've never been able to go to sleep hungry so I am about to find something to eat to stop this. Not sure what. Maybe green beans???
