Haven't been on here recently but I have slimmed down quite a bit and I'm focusing on healthier alternatives and less carbs :) might go back on the cabbage soup diet because it had great results
144.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
