yesterday had avantis and chinese so deserve weight gain. decided I really need to track daily and this is free. i have been committed to jillian michaels program but not the diet. i promise myself to track for 30 days. come hell or high water I am tracking food everyday.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
