So overall i feel like I had a good week I didn't go to the gym last night which i feel guilty about cause I had about 1100 cal but the kiddies wore me out. I am headed to the gym this morning and today is the day that i check my weight, I hoping that i lost 3lbs from the last weigh in on Thursday. Today is Sunday so I am working out 2x today due to the fact that I cook a big dinner for my hubby and the kiddies, Ribs, spanish rice,salad, baked chicken, steak, veggies, and cake. I am Prob Only going to have salad and a piece of baked chkn and maybe a tiny piece of rib which will prob amount to 50 calories. All the other stuff is just treats for them. I know what your thinking, Thats a hell of alot of food for 1 family of 5, but it is for 2 days lol I don't cook on Mondays if i cook Sunday so please dont judge lol. Anyway whish me luck on this weigh in today n if all goes well i guess you will be hearing from me this evening.
