Still unable to exercise with blister... I'm thinking by Monday I'll be okay... can't wait!
I overate again yesterday... too many graham crackers!
I threw the rest of them in the trash [along with those 'evil' cookies!] LOL
I don't know what makes me do this, but once I get started on certain things, I JUST CAN'T STOP!! [I guess that's why they're called 'trigger foods!] Until this week, I didn't know what my 'trigger foods' were... but NOW I DO! and I'll be DAMNED if they're gonna get me again!
I don't expect to lose much this week... without getting my walking in, and my 'disasters' of the week... however, this is a good test to check that green coffee bean extract to see if there's any truth to the hype! If I lose this week [or even don't gain,] it'll be a MIRACLE!
Today is a new day and next week is a new week! With me adding my walking back to my regiment, I'll do just fine next week... the only thing I can do is 'hang in there' until Monday; then begin walking again!
