A new low! I'm delighted :) OK so it's right after fast day and it will fluctuate up again, but there is a definite, if very slow, downward trend.
I'm having a little treat today - I baked a batch of gingerbread WOMEN cookies to distribute at work as a nod to International Women's Day. Keyed in the recipe and they work out at 125 cal each, so I'm working 2 of those into today's intake. Incidentally, that's the third time I've baked on a "fast" day and resisted the results hot from the oven! There's willpower!
Despite it being ToM week and also being super-busy at work, I'm feeling great and I definitely think the new eating regime has something to do with that.
Also btw succeeding on my Lent challenge and just completed week 3 without alcohol.
