I have started over. I hadn't been here in almost a year so I wanted to start fresh. What's interesting though is I am 10lbs heavier than I when I started this last year. I've noticed a trend. This needs to be broken. I do have a couple of accountability partners this time, so it should help tremendously.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ShaniJo, I'm in the same boat as you. Looks like we have just about the same weight loss goals too. :-) It is doable and you can do it. (I did it once before.) Good luck. Buddy me if you like.
