I got off of work a little early. Enough time to do at least 30 mins or so of walking. I am so feeling depressed. I don't know what it is or why. I just have this sad feeling. I think maybe if i continue to exercise that this might go away. I have no idea maybe its the bills getting me down idk..

Is it perhaps that TOM approaching that is messing with your hormones? I know I can get a bit blue around that time too. Hopefully your walk will help put your mood back on track. You're doing great!

Awe thanks guys..yea I didn't think about that, I think TOM is just around the corner. :( The walked helped and some strength training did too. I am feeling a little better. :)
