What works for one, does not work for all. After loosing 100 lbs my journey is still not over. A year later I find myself a very different person. I went back to school, and currently studying nutrition and working on my personal trainer cert. My studies have my experiment with different dietary theories and now I know we are all different. There is not one set fix for every person. Personaly, I still find that I'm very very carb sensitive and if I want to lose the remainder of my excess weight it will have to be low carb. The most amazing fact is, that I was mentally prepared for the worst (from doing Atkins in the past I knew if took several tries for me to really get on the wagon) and to my surprise for the very first time EVER in my life, I'm eating in a way that keeps me full, I have NO CRAVINGS what so ever, I feel...I don't even know how to explain myself! I just feel happy, full, under control, did I say full? I started Ketogenic 4 days ago and I've lost 5 lbs. I had never in my wildest dreams considered eating more fat than protein. . .well, I found my way. Hold on goal, I'm getting closer and closer!!!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Congratulations!!! What you are doing works. Very low carb is my only means of not staying hungry constantly and I have to include plenty of FAT - which has always been hard for me to wrap my head around. You are well on your way to goal... Keep up the great work.
