well, two weeks on Ideal Protein, could not put in entries for the past week, because I was out with the scouts for Wood Badge or 4 days, and was out traveling on Sunday... but here I am..

I am now wearing slacks that are one size smaller... whoop !

I feel good, and now I am in the groove..

I come to find that I can do this ... with the positive enforcement of losing weight, and losing inches, it just motivates me...

I have to keep tracking my intake... that is what will make me more successful.

So, keep it up and thanks for reading... (since I am out of town, I dont have new weights or measurements)
