Got a workout in yesterday, but still didn't do well with my eating. I did fine the first half of the day, it was the second half that got me. I have a hard time eating well when I'm at home. I don't know if I get comfortable at home, so I just mindlessly eat or what it is, but it has to stop. Last night I wasn't even hungry and I ate cookies and had peanut butter. All I can do now is make today better.
I should be able to get a good workout in this evening, so that will help. I'm going to go to the store on my lunch break and get some more fruit and veggies so I can make it through the week and at least get some healthy eating in. The weekend will be a test though, because we have family coming Friday and staying until Sunday for my hubby's B-day. That means cake, and lots of cake. I'm hoping that I can stay strong, and get a workout in at least Friday and Sunday, and if we have leftovers I'm going to freeze some and take some to work.
