Jean Wright's Journal, 05 March 2013

March 05, 2013 Tuesday

It's obvious that your mood and lifestyle, influences your hunger level, or makes you feel like you need to eat (although you're really not hungry)to compensate for your mood. Nothing new, since its always been called emotional eating.

The magic would be to trick your mood and do something to get you outside the emotion. Not an easy task, but keeping busy would be the solution for me.

I've always been fortunate to not being overweight, but since retirement the pounds have been added. Nothing drastic, but enough that my clothes do not fit me and enough that makes me feel "fat".

Keeping a constant vigil on what I eat and what I do daily will be the key to my success.

Have an appointment to have by hair colored and cut. Just got back, and like it.

Intake of calories was very good, due to being busy and out of the house.
