I hear you! Be strong, don't let the darn hormones rule your life (that's what I told myself 3 days ago, when it happened to me like every month). You can do it! get out of the kitchen when it'S too hard, go for a walk or something. your chart look great you don't want to ruin that good job. Hang in there!!

I did that yesterday and the day before. Just showed up at meal time and found things to do outside the rest of the day. It worked! If you go on the forum on here, Momoftwogirls posted something about the cravings and PMSing. It's been a wake up call to me. I used to eat like a mad woman before my period. I decided not to use PMS as an excuse anymore. I don't like being weak, but hormons are so hard to fight.
