Disappointed with the fact I've stayed the same; perhaps Saturday's curry is the spanner in the works, although as I rarely go out (literally once in a blue moon), I think I ought to be forgiven!
174.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
