Ihave been the same weight for 4 days now. Pretty ugly ... lost motivation. I tried the apple day yesterday (6apples and lots of liquids) but right at the en
of the day, cleaning up after a homemade pizza party.... i stole a piece of pizza.... i realized i ' m very good at sabotaging myself...

Staying the same weight for a few days or more is very normal. Our bodies have their own rhythms. Just because you don't see the scale move doesn't mean your body is not working internally to lose the weight. Just stick with it and the scale will move again. Look at how great your chart looks.

Thank yoh Suzi161. It's very frustrating but i keep going... even if generally i keep my calory intake below 1000 kcal. Nevertheless i have been around 71.6 for the ladt few weks. I want to reach my goal... i am happy that i finally can wear cothes that have been stored in a box for the last 6 years... and this time i eant to keep wearing them and buy beautiful new ones. :)
