Chocolate cravings need to go away! It's been a good week not stepping on the scale everyday and I'm doing great at keeping track of everything I put into my mouth. I think I need to cut down on Calories again... I'm at this saying I should have 1,800 but I've been trying not to go over 1,600... I think this week I'm going to cut down to 1,400 I'm not seeing results like I wasn't to and I'm not really feeling hungry enough when I eat... Also I need to pick up on exercising like asap! I haven't started that yet... I'm thinking yoga and something else... I have no energy after work and I want to join a gym... but my bf says it will be a waste since I basically get home from work at 7 make/have dinner then bedtime... uggg I love/hate my big girl job! There are not enough days in the week or hours in a day!
