Going down! I feel good, want to get 100% back on track and get to my goals. Have been fighting the desire to eat more than what I need the past few weeks. Buying fewer nut products helped. There's still more I can do. Have been eating lots and lots of delicious veggies. Drinking some water but probably not enough. Digestion has been relatively better. Exercise has been going well, although I'm kind of sick of my workout. But it's almost time to change it up - just one more week. I saw a girl doing pull ups at the gym this morning and I wanted her autograph. That will be me someday - I'm half way there. I've been doing a little yoga every morning, which feels good (and hopefully prevents me from getting super sore after my weekly yoga class). 3/1/2013
