ok so I am proud of myself I had kinda fallen into a slump today but i brought it back and I swam laps for about 2 hours today. I am exhausted! but at least I am building up my lung compacity. I still have another 1.25 mile walk this evening. It was hot last night 92 at 9pm when i took the doggies out! Today is looking to be the same, but thats Houston in August! My son is having a cubscout camp out in the back yard friday so I have decided that if I reach my 10 pound goal by friday I will allow myself to get chick-fil-a with my daughter for dinner! I could not be MORE excited than I am! We shall see what tomorrow morning's weigh in brings!
