This program just informed me that I'm "losing weight at a rapid rate." Last weight was 182. This morning I am 176. My explanation for this is that last time I weighed at night and I was full. My new weight was recorded after eating better all week, then weighing first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you dropping into the next 10's! I bet that made you smile. I think you are correct about weighing in at different times. It is recommended to weigh in at the same time, wearing similar clothes. I prefer right out of bed on the way to the shower. When I do that, it is easier for me to analyze weight shifts, did I eat too much salt and I am retaining, etc. Congratulations!
