Played tennis Friday. Eating protein at night and less carbs. Sleeping better at night since I quit the night job. Getting into a regular sleeping & waking routine.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
