I am a somewhat new to the love of the exercise. I began running in 2010 and fell in love with endorphins. A year later I registered for my first sprint triathlon, where I learned quite a bit about myself along the way. I did another sprint tri last year and improved my time by 38 minutes. Oddly, I have maintained the same weight the entire time since I began exercising. I guess I really need to focus on my calories to lose the weight. I am hoping a significant weight loss will improve my times this year as well.
