So the bike saga continues.. I rode my bike today and I did the dread program 4. It went ok.. I think my new pattern will be 4,4,5 and repeat. I think 6 is too easy for me now. I am ready to move on to a bigger challenge.. for those of you not following along at home.. 6 was easier than 4.. but save for that one they get progressively harder. But my worry is that they only go to 8 or 9.. when I can do those and they become to easy.. is it really an effective work out any longer.. what do I do then? I guess I could always ride the bike on manual.. but setting the resistance and pedaling at my desired speed. but I may be putting the cart before the horse.. as I am want to do.. but I do really think that this is an activity I will stick with. :) only time will tell.
