Good workout today. Attended happy hour last night and had 3 beers. In addition to the evil carb calories, beer makes me want nachos, chips, salsa, and other food I should avoid.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
