Small victory.. 3 pounds and some odd ounces lost.. only 4.6 left to go until I hit the 280 mark. I'm loving the motivation of each week weighing myself and seeing poundage lost. :) I believe making 10 pound goals for myself is the way to do it finally, after many years of struggling. My parents are proud of me.. because at my non-recorded heaviest, I was 296.. so, that's almost 12 pounds. Yeah, I was rather happy about that little notion this morning when I did my weigh in. Now, if I could just keep on with the right way of eating.. One more week of phase 1.. and I'll be ready to progress, slowly :)

Must get to my poor little boy who's eyes are telling me he's exhausted and ready for bed.
