Took my fasting sugars before and after exercise this am. Definitely rises when I work out before eating. will have to revise that part of my schedule. Noticed that I've gotten away from evenly distributing my calories, carbs and proteins through out the day. I'm eating very high carbs and cals for the evening meal even though making healthy choices. That's going to be a hard one to figure out with my erratic work and day time eating schedules. Gotta love a challenge!
