terrible second day. over ate, had mcdonalds, drank pop drank juice... didnt even include coffee..
Meal plan is set up like Lean Gains, I still need to get a routine going though. Workout has changed a little bit, I am still unsure how it will work still but I will see. Currently I have it set up like MWF are go hard in the gym days. While Tes Thurs are cardio and relax days, maybe swim or bike.
I think that I can lose 15 pounds at get a 6 pack in 12 weeks. Iam also entered in reddits BTFC subreddit to add motivation. I also hope to quit smoking weed, and start studying 2 hours a day minimum.
Excited for tomorrow and to keep pushng myself to be better.
