first weekend of dieting.
Wasn't looking forward to it but I think I did okay. My lean gains relatively stayed within time frames, calorie counts were a bit high.
Friday - loss of sleep due to midterm on saturday
Saturday - Studied but kept with lg program. got weight lifting in late with vitamins. Drank a ton past my time didnt sleep did have ... nvm.
sunday - great diet, 3 solid meals calories were perfect. maybe a bit high for amount of no activity. will have to bump up cardio on rest days this week.
