This is truly frustrating. My body just doesn't want to give up any extra pounds. I am very much below the RDA and still not budging below 300#. I've even been more active trying to get my work-out room done before I go to surgery in April. I just have to say that I HATE HATE HATE scraping wallpaper!!!!!! OK, now that I got that out. I have a little over one wall left to scrap and then that is done and I can start painting. I plan to paint trim and walls. Looks like I might need to do some ceiling spot painting also. The floor is done and looks great. I still have to decorate and put everything back in the room once everything is painted. I plan to recycle some of my furniture by spray painting it. I'm getting excited about my room which is helping me with my disappointment with my lack of weight loss at this time. Crazy body!!

First, congrads on the first 55+pounds you have lost!!! And ya, wallpaper totally sucks! I have a room I need to finish! Now, about your diet/food choices... you stated in your bio that you were seeing a diatician... Didn't she reccomend a limit on sodium? Did she talk to you about how much protein you should be eating? Did she want you to cut back on the fat and balance it out a little bit? Let me know what she had to say. So far, I looked at your diet, and you have no veggies, no fresh food, all super super high in sodium, and No balanced meals. Do you see the same or is there a reason you are eating so much wasted calories in popcorn? And no lean meats/fish or veggies? Let me know. I would love to help you on what ever diet plan you choose. I also have a lap band, so I know where you are at. You are welcome to also email me... Even call!!! lets jump start this weight loss journey together! But we have to be honest with ourselves. You have done awesome logging all your food! That is the start, now you have to study it....

Looking at your calorie intake and your calories burned, I would think you might be hitting a good old fashioned plateau. There's a nice, easy fix for this. Check out my biopage for a link to it - I use it every day to keep going. HOpefully it'll help you too, if you're interested. I can't post the links here, as they generally mess up in comments, but it's on my bio page. :)

Ditto on Kingkeld! He has a great page for figuring RDI, I used it at first as well! I am glad he chimed in, he is a go to for help!
