One day down, stuck to my diet 100%. . . today might be another story as I only get 4 diners in a month because of work schedules that we are able to sit down and eat together as a family so . . . I was thinking about making onion rings tonight. Its a good reason to cheat if there ever was.

But why would you want to after one day of sticking to your diet 100%?

I have a hard time getting my family to eat healthy, but I try by making healthier meals. If you're making oven baked onion rings, go ahead a splurge a little, but don't overdo it. Keep counting those calories and try to stay within your range even if it's a "special" family night. You've got this!!
