Just looked myself up on groups and it said I am loosing almost 7lbs per week.. Wish I was. I have lost 7lbs in the month since I started 27th Jan. I had two holidays where weight zoomed up but once home and back on Atkins I got it down again. I think confusion is I weighed in more frequently than once per week. Excited when I lost 1lb in one night.
