Worked out last night, but then the peanut butter demon came out and made me eat peanut butter! If I wouldn't have eaten it I would have stayed closer to my calorie goal, but I did eat it and life goes on, I'm just glad I did okay the rest of the day. Tonight I have a short workout and I think we're doing eggs and turkey bacon tonight for dinner, so it shouldn't be too bad for my eating. If I can just keep myself from eating too much junk after dinner I should be okay. Maybe some smoothies are in order for a snack tonight, we'll see. Happy Hump Day!!
