Irritated with my on again off again internet connection .. but a quick journal before i have to go to work .

Had a whole wheat waffle with peanut buttter ( craving alot of that lately) and banana on top .

My vitamins and glass of mily low fat.

Hope to get a run in after work but doing about 3 hrs of housework today also ...

Staying strong! Sometimes when I crave something, it means I am not getting enough of something else, not the thing I am craving. Either water or protein is usually what I am missing. Hope you have a good day working and get that run in.

Thankx Lizzy.. man its weird , i used to hardly crave anything when i wasnt on a diet ...and now it seems thats all i do! I MISS MY STARBUCKS ! LOL .. As you can tell today was hard for me but i think im just going to go to bed early so it will be over . Looking forward to seeing a weight drop so i can prove to myself its all worth it ... Nite all ..
