Havent been doing that great lately , wasnt a conscious thing but just

got busy and stopped exercising for the last few days . Was still

watching what I ate but not logging and exercising ...

Been feeling kinda blah lately so my motivation got up and left ..lol .

Back slidding is depressing

So time to get back on track.
