You are very close to goal, so it be harder and take longer to get off. Some things to think about. Are you tracking every bite, lick and taste honestly? People who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do. This is especially important when you are close to goal. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose best. You might also try to switch up your exercise. Upping intensity or duration. Trying new ones to use different muscles. Good luck!
