Can't agree more paperiniko! I follow the same strategy with great results and hopefully this if combined with a laser lipo (which is scheduled next month) will give me the ideal results

If you ask me i just try to eat 6 meals per day, drink almost 10 cups of water and follow a balanced diet (carbs, fat, fibers, much protein etc)! Its quite a stress to count the calories i consume everyday

Unfortunately though i work out much more, while i added swimming and basketball in my routine i gained 2 lbs instead of losing a few :/ Need to watch ...
