waist down from 50" to 48 " so happy also losing weight with out feeling deprived
223.0 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1435 kcal Fat: 46.12g | Prot: 82.73g | Carb: 169.12g.   Breakfast: tomato sauce, is one Pita Bread, Beef Sausage. Lunch: banana. Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Beef Sausage, gravy granules, Red Tomatoes, Green Peas (Drained Solids, Canned), Onions. Snacks/Other: daily skimmmed milk allowance, Banana, jam, 15g /1 tblespn i cant believe its not butter, crumpet. more...
