Attempting a change again. Had 4 meals today. Measured out 4 OZ shredded chicken breast & 1/2 cup of corn/peas mix for all 4 meals. Dessert of a 3 oz greek frozen yogurt w/ small amount of chocolate syrup. Remained full most of the day, until the typical before bed, sitting in front of TV time. Hardest time to not snack.

20 squats
20 pushups off the counter (45 degree angle)
23 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows per arm (with 10lbs of handweights)
30 jumping jacks

in the morning before getting ready for work. Was more awake and wanted to add a Zumba in the evening. Ended up working on a document from 9 am til 940 pm so took the time to premake my meals for tmomorrow then a short relax before I go to bed.
